Product arrived late due to a hardware malfunction that was communicated by the company, however the communications were a little bit lacking as far as updates on progress. That said, the product arrived, was decent quality and looked the same as the design. My partner was happy with her (albeit late) gift and that was the main thing!

The product is really good quality and looks exactly how I wanted. Delivery took a while with no updates on tracking or if it was on its way. Other than that the pillow looks great.

Cushion looks just like the photo I sent in and quality is great. Zip to take cover off for washing. Arrived within a few weeks. I do recommend them.
