Returns and Refunds

No Hassle Returns

We offer a no hassle returns process in the event that you want to return your item(s).

  • Change of mind cancellations, returns and refunds will incur an 18% of total costing admin fee, when accepted at the discretion of Little Squiffy.
  • Personalised products* Change of mind returns and refunds will incur a 50% of total costing admin fee, when accepted at the discretion of Little Squiffy.
  • Order cancellations due to poor quality photo, poor artwork or copyright designs that haven't passed Sketch/Proof stage will incur a 10% of total costing admin fee.
  • We do not accept returns on custom/personalised products that are incorrect due to customer error.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds on custom portrait products for change of mind.

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, lighting and sizing, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Little Squiffy will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not printing or sewing faults. In purchasing from Little Squiffy you agree to accept the small chance that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website.

Please note, since all our items are handmade, please expect up to a 4% difference in measurements. This is not considered a fault of the item and our change of mind policy will come into effect.

If you want to return your item please email us and we will provide instructions on how to return your item, Email: info@littlesquiffy.com.au. Unauthorised returns will be marked as return to sender.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
